Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how We Are Magic Life LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data for the Cards of the Seven Sisters iOS app (the “App”) and our website wearemagic.life (the “Site”).

  • Purpose: symbolic, educational self-reflection — not medical, financial, or legal advice.

  • No ads/tracking: we do not use third-party ad networks or cross-app behavioral tracking.

  • No AI training: we do not use your data to train third-party AI/ML models.

  • No precise GPS: core features do not require precise, continuous geolocation.

  • Apple-only billing: if subscriptions launch, purchases run exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase with your Apple ID; purchase history/receipts/subscription status are Apple-controlled records.

  • How this fits with our Terms: read with our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms on data handling, this Policy controls.

2) Data We Collect

a) Data you provide

  • Personalization inputs: name (optional), date of birth, and location (city/region) — used to generate symbolic associations.

  • Account (if offered): email + passcode or Sign in with Apple token (see §6).

  • Support & forms: email and message content you submit (please avoid sensitive info).

b) Data collected automatically

  • Diagnostics & usage: app version, device/OS, language, time zone, performance logs, crash reports, de-identified usage events.

  • Website logs/cookies: standard web logs on wearemagic.life (see §12 Cookies).

c) Apple-controlled billing records (future feature)

When/if in-app purchases or subscriptions launch, Apple processes payment and maintains Apple-controlled records (purchase history, receipts, subscription status) tied to the same Apple ID used for purchase. We can’t access your full card data or alter Apple’s records.
