OUR DATA DELETION POLICY

At We Are Magic Life LLC, we honor your right to privacy and control over your data. This policy explains how you can request deletion of your personal information and what happens when you do.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You may delete your account at any time using one of the following methods:

A. In-App Deletion

Open the Cards of the Seven Sisters app and navigate to:
Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account

When you confirm deletion:

  • Your personal data (name, birthdate, location) will be permanently removed from our active systems.

  • Your access to account-specific content and features will end immediately.

  • Your account cannot be recovered after deletion.

B. Request Deletion via Email or Web

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to submit your request another way:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email or Apple ID used with the app

  • A clear request for data deletion

We may request identity verification to ensure the request is secure.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted:

  • We permanently erase your name, birthdate, and location from our systems.

  • Any connected authentication tokens (e.g., from Sign in with Apple) are revoked.

  • You immediately lose access to all personalized app features.

3. What Data May Be Retained

We may retain certain limited information if required for:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., taxes, fraud prevention)

  • Technical operations (e.g., crash logs, anonymized usage data)

  • Aggregate analytics that do not identify you personally

We never retain or use deleted account data for marketing, personalization, or resale.

4. Subscription Notice (Apple App Store Users)

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. Timeline for Deletion

  • In-App deletion: Effective immediately

  • Email/web requests: Processed within 7 business days
    You will receive a confirmation once your deletion is complete.
