This quick start guide will help you get the most from your first experience with the app.

  • Enter Your Birth Date: The app only needs your birth date to calculate your complete card spread. This information is used solely for card calculations and is stored securely. 

    • Discover Your Birth Card: Your first result will be your Birth Card—the fundamental archetypal influence that shapes your entire life. Take time to read the interpretation and reflect on how it resonates with your experience. 

    • Explore Additional Cards: Navigate through your yearly card, 52-day cycle card, and daily card to understand the different layers of influence in your cosmic timing. 

    Consider Premium Features: If you want deeper insights, explore the premium subscription which unlocks additional cards in your spread and more detailed interpretations.

In Cardology, your birthday aligns with a specific card, your Birth Card, much like the predestined nature of your astrological chart. This card is your anchor, influenced by a greater Life Spread of cards and planetary forces based on your birth date.

Each card carries deep archetypal meaning, drawn from sacred systems and traditions — with its conceptual DNA rooted in many ancient civilizations.

  • Your Birth Card is tied to the day of the year you are born. It’s sometimes called your Sun Card and is the main influence and energetic center of your Life Spread. It represents the foundation, natural rhythm, and archetypal role you carry throughout your life. It speaks to your strengths and tendencies across all areas of life: from relationships, to work, creativity, purpose, and personal growth.

    So how it plays out in your life… is uniquely your own.

    You may resonate with all, or only certain aspects, of your Birth Card’s description. That’s because your birthday is linked to at least 13 cards that influence your core identity; this is known as your Life Spread. 

    These additional cards may change how the themes of your Sun Card are experienced. Different expressions and experiences may be drawn out depending on their placement and how they interact with aspects of your unique natal chart.

  • To get the most from your Birth Card reading:

    • Read the full interpretation carefully. I like to read mine yearly on my birthday to see how my view of the interpretations changes over time.

      • What feels aligned?

      • What feels foreign?

    • Reflect on how the themes are showing up in your life at this time, and how they have in the past.

    • Consider both the gifts and challenges described.

    • Use this as a starting point to journal or meditate on deeper themes that are coming up.
